Today we celebrate All Saints Day. Every year on November 1, many Roman Catholics and other Christians around the world observe All Saints Day, which honors all saints of the church deemed to have attained heaven. The Ministry & Life Enrichment for Persons with Disabilities ministry members wanted to join the Universal Church in celebrating this day in a special way by dressing up and representing some special saints at Holy Mass yesterday. Some of the Saints represented were: St Mary, Mother of Jesus, St. John Paul II, St. Francis of Assisi, St. Mother Terese of Calcutta, St. Rose of Lima, St. Joan of Arc, St. Michael the Archangel, St. Cecilia, St. Camillus de Lellis, St. Benedict and St. Bernadette.
