The Mary Grett Transitional Center is a center that provides services for young adults 18-22 with intellectual disabilities. They provide opportunities to prepare students for a successful transition into community and adult living. They will be coming once (maybe twice) a week on Thursdays from 1-2p.m. to help us make the food bags, folding clothes, and working in the garden. Not only will they be helping us with much appreciated work, but it will make them feel good that they, too, can help and give back to the community by volunteering their time.
