The Community Outreach Services Department embraces the needs of those in the community who are vulnerable or disabled. Our two programs work side by side and together to enrich their lives by Providing Help and Creating Hope..

Ministry & Life Enrichment for Persons with Disabilities Program
Promotes spiritual, social, and educational skills for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, blind or visually impaired, deaf or hard of hearing, and their families.

Representative Payee Program
Provides assistance to the most vulnerable members of the community; the young, the elderly, and the disabled who are unable to manage their SSA, SSI, and or VA benefits.
