REPRESENTATIVE PAYEE PROGRAM (Began 1984) 

The Payee Program provides assistance to the most vulnerable members of the community; the young, the elderly, and the disabled who are unable to manage their SSA, SSI, and or VA benefits. By becoming the Representative Payee, Catholic Charities assumes their financial management responsibilities.
